The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-bout match which will be streamed live on Netflix.
British boxer Anthony Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" the American and "defeat" the American as the combatants came face-to-face to promote the upcoming bout.
Former twice unified title holder Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a huge mismatch - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Mindset
"I'm going to injure his face and break his body up. I'm here to prove my superiority," Joshua, 35, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to really want to injure him. That's my intention."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of those words, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically recognized for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul instead targeted former Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "not serious" after the Cameroonian declined a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK opponent Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he's present here," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of stating he plans to damage his opponent, Joshua refused to speak negatively about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or declining opponents since turning professional.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
However, the relative newcomer remains one of the sport's biggest money-making draws, regularly earning huge earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old forecast a knockout win in rounds four or five and claimed he would prevent the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly being planned for two years from now.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Size Disparity
As Joshua and Paul participated in the usual confrontation, with their height and weight contrast evident, it highlighted just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the bout is actually proceeding.
